JobDescription:
A.Developdesignprojectgoals&objectives,analyzesfeasibilityofnewproductsinlinewithmarketingstrategyandtechnicalcriteria.
B.Benchmarkcompetitors’productsandtechnologyadvancements.
C.Understanddesignprocedure,newtechnologiesandengineeringtechniques.
D.Design,developmentandjustifyandguidetheinstallationofnewEngineeringconceptforcomprehensiveoverallimprovementincludinguseofstatisticaltools.
E.Ensuressuccessfulcompletionoftheassignedprojectphasewithinthebudgettimeandcostconstraints.Keepallrelatedprojectdocumentationwellcontrolled.
F.Designstheplansofvariouscomponentsinorderfortechnicalsupport,applicationsupport,productionlinesupport.
G.Responsibilityforappropriateprototypetestingandevaluatingofproducts,parts,equipment,toolsandsystems,alongwithnecessarycorrectivefollow-up.
H.Develop,maintains,supportsdesignprocessandfocusonconceptdesign,piecepartdrawings,assemblydrawingsandBillofmaterialcreation.
I.Coordinates&insuresuccessfulproductqualificationtestinthelab.
J.Redesignexistingproductstoreducecost,findlocalsourcingforcostreduction.
K.Informsupervisor/managerregularlyonworkprogress,cost,risk,scoperedirectionneedsandstayincollaborationwithsupervisor.Mustbeastrongteamplayer.
SpecialiedKnowledge:
A.Requiresaminimumof3yearsexperienceasanengineerorequivalentandcouldentailasmuchasfiveorsixofrecognizedteamandprogressiveindividualexperience.
B.B.S.inEngineeringorPhysicalSciencesoritsrecognizedequivalentineducationandexperience.
