工作職責(zé):
1.量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)人，維護(hù)產(chǎn)品cp/ft/eqc 良率及利用數(shù)據(jù)分析，電性分析等手段找到影響產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)良率的因素，并加以改善。
2.異常事件的處理。
3.負(fù)責(zé)定義新產(chǎn)品測(cè)試流程，并持續(xù)改善測(cè)試時(shí)間及覆蓋面。
4.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)到產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的工程分析，并解決新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過(guò)程中遇到的各種問(wèn)題。
5.負(fù)責(zé)工程測(cè)試及量產(chǎn)認(rèn)證的實(shí)際操作。
6負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)，工程數(shù)據(jù)的分析與報(bào)告。
7.熟練應(yīng)用各種測(cè)試機(jī)臺(tái)，并能夠利用te開(kāi)發(fā)的程序完成不同要求的數(shù)據(jù)收集，也可以完成二次開(kāi)發(fā)。

任職資格:
1.材料，微電子，物理，化學(xué)，及半導(dǎo)體相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的本科及碩士學(xué)歷
2.4-6年（本科）或2-4年（碩士以及上）的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；歡迎應(yīng)屆生投遞，先做助理產(chǎn)品工程師。
3.具備一定的半導(dǎo)體物理知識(shí)。
4.熟悉產(chǎn)品規(guī)格，并了解產(chǎn)品操作機(jī)理以及產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)。
5.熟悉半導(dǎo)體制造流程。
6.熟悉芯片測(cè)試原理及流程。
7.熟悉電性分析及物理失效分析手段。
8.熟練掌握各種辦公軟件的操作。
9.不錯(cuò)的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力。
10.不錯(cuò)的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力。
11.良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力。
