職責(zé)描述:
to assist the recruitment process by providing service in candidate sourcing , screening, interview scheduling, assessment, cost controlling, process improvement etc.
協(xié)助管理公司招聘流程,包括招聘來(lái)源、篩選、面試、評(píng)估、成本控制、流程改進(jìn)等;
assist in handling all kinds of leave check, record and provide monthly report per requirement.
協(xié)助各類假期的審核、統(tǒng)計(jì),并按照要求提供月度統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表, 并負(fù)責(zé)解答員工的問(wèn)題;
responsible for checking and attendance record, provide monthly report (overtime , shift allowance report etc) and report to superior if any abnormal situation report , provide professional reply to staff for inquiry on this topic.
協(xié)助員工考勤的審核、統(tǒng)計(jì), 并提供月度加班、倒班津貼報(bào)表;異常情況報(bào)告主管;
responsible for dealing with commercial medical insurance related activities (communicating between insurance company and company staff in terms of medical expense claims issue, etc).
協(xié)助處理員工商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的日常事務(wù)(與保險(xiǎn)公司溝通理賠費(fèi)用報(bào)銷等問(wèn)題);
assistant responsible for handling staff social insurance related issue.
負(fù)責(zé)員工工傷、生育等申報(bào)、審核等有關(guān)事宜;
assist in dealing with affairs related with staff relation, including, new staff on boarding, quitting, on job injury /maternity issue claim with local authority, staff attendance card/social welfare card etc, updating monthly phone list, support to staff activity.
協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)員工關(guān)系的相關(guān)事務(wù)的處理, 包括入職、離職手續(xù)的辦理、員工考勤卡、社??ǖ霓k理、員工檔案轉(zhuǎn)移、公司月度電話簿更新、公司員工活動(dòng)支持、外籍員工等;
assist in handling all kinds of certificate renewal issue.
協(xié)助處理公司各類證照(營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照年檢,組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼年檢, 批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)等)的年檢、更改等手續(xù);
assistant in dealing with staff visa.
協(xié)助辦理公司員工簽證等事宜;
other job assigned by the superior.

任職要求:
college degree or above major in human resources or related experience is preferred.
人力資源專業(yè)大?;蛞陨匣蛳嚓P(guān)專業(yè)同等學(xué)歷;
cet 4 or equivalent.通過(guò)英語(yǔ)cet 4 級(jí)考試;
sophisticated computer skills. 熟練操作辦公軟件;
at least 1 years working experience in hr field in foreign invested company; interns are also considered.
至少1年以上從事外企hr工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn);實(shí)習(xí)生也可以考慮;
good initiative and good sense of responsibility.工作主動(dòng)、有良好的責(zé)任心;
proven good communication skills, good english speaking and writing良好的溝通技巧,良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(精通),和交流(可以完成基本的日常會(huì)話等)的能力;
personal integrity and honesty.誠(chéng)實(shí)和正直;
