The HRBP will be based in the manufacturing plant located in Changshu, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner in Singapore. She will be providing full support to the plant. Responsibilities: ? Serves as the primary HR partner to the plant, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions. ? Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services. ? Establishes, builds, and maintains strong relationships with other HR functions to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs ? Work closely with the APAC Business HR Team and ensure actions and delivery of HR programs and strategies align with overall global/APAC strategy and business ? Ensures compliance with local country laws, regulations, policies and practices. ? Provides expert consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees and other HR functions regarding HR policies and practices, performance management, and other employee relation areas. Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. ? Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment. ? Able to work well with all levels within an organization ? Possess good and current knowledge of local employment laws and regulation. ? A team player who is open-minded, flexible and can work independently with minimal supervision ? Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. ? Prior experience in setting up new manufacturing plant will be preferred ? Able to communicate effectively in English
