發(fā)展并推薦市場和銷售部門行動計劃,滿足預算銷售收入和其他收到的任務 Develop and recommend action plans for marketing and sales department to meet budgeted sales revenue and other tasks received 負責日常銷售活動的組織、銷售人員的業(yè)績考評及應收帳款管理 Responsible for the organization of daily sales activities, sales staff performance evaluation and accounts receivable management 負責與重要客戶進行溝通、談判,并參與主要報價 Responsible for communicating and negotiating with key customers and participating in major quotations 參與企業(yè)及產品宣傳的一系列策劃,并組織實施 Participate in a series of enterprise and product publicity planning, and organize the implementation 帶領、支持并激勵銷售團隊實現(xiàn)銷售目標和其指定區(qū)域的業(yè)務目標 Lead, support and motivate the sales team to achieve the sales target and the business target of the assigned territory 監(jiān)督銷售工程師的工作,管理并確保團隊成員的優(yōu)化配置 Supervise the work of sales engineers, manage and ensure the optimal allocation of team members 協(xié)助編制銷售目標和預算,準備指定區(qū)域關鍵用戶和市場報告的銷售預測 Assist in the preparation of sales targets and budgets, and prepare sales forecasts for key users and market reports in designated areas 為指定區(qū)域的關鍵用戶和潛在新客戶提供產品和市場培訓,以便強化產品或市場意識以及客戶需求 Provide product and marketing training to key users and potential new customers in the assigned area in order to enhance product or market awareness and customer needs 尋找客戶以及競爭對手的信息,與管理層合作以便考慮采取相應的行動措施 Seek information about customers and competitors and work with management to consider appropriate action 支持產品服務團隊在指定區(qū)域所開展的工作,例如新產品的安裝情況、在試驗階段的性能測評情況等 Support the product service team in the assigned area, such as new product installation, performance evaluation during the pilot phase, etc 傳達客戶反饋,在客戶和公司內部進行協(xié)調,支持服務團隊分析并解決質保期客戶投訴 Communicate customer feedback, coordinate with customers and within the company, support service team to analyze and resolve customer complaints during warranty period 確定訂單處理和應收賬款的效率 Determine efficiency of order processing and accounts receivable 負責對部門下屬進行績效考評、人才發(fā)展以及團隊建設,確保公司合規(guī)和EOHS規(guī)則在部門的落實 Responsible for performance evaluation, talent development and team building for subordinates in the department, ensure compliance and implementation of EOHS rules in the department 完成總經理交辦的其他事項 To complete other tasks assigned by General Manager? ? ? ? ? ? ?
