Minimum Qualifications: ? Minimum B.S. in technical field (M.S. Degree preferred) ? Experience in live cycle management ? Experience in automotive engineering (requirement / risk management as plus) ? Experience in requirement definition and analysis process ? Be familiar with FMEA methodology (skills at APIS IQ FMEA software preferred) ? Be familiar with tools of requirement management (e.g., PTC Integrity, Doors) ? High social skills as communication, teamwork, motivation, assertiveness, and flexibility ? Key behavioral traits for success as creativity, innovation, customer focus, solution-based, rational thinking approach ? Competent knowledge of English (spoken and written) ? Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ? Knowledge of ISO 15504 (SPICE) and ISO 26262 (and IEC 61508) as plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Mechanical Requirement Management ? Implementation of requirement management incl. project budget compliance ○ Support of requirement analysis in acquisition phase. ○ Preparation of the specifications and moderation of analysis workshops within mechanical team. ○ Moderation of customer workshop(s) for requirement specification alignment. ○ Cross-project management of the requirement documents and the already analyses carried out (OEM requirements database buildup) ○ Definition of requirement document landscape and the traceability concept in projects. ○ Development-accompanying support in the development of internal specifications (SOW) and suppliers SORs ? Continuous improvement of the requirement management process (PE.25) ○ Take the role of local process owner to be synchronized with global process updates. ○ Definition of CTEC (Core-Technology) interfaces in PTC Integrity ○ Preparation of training documents and organize training of project teams. Moderation of DFMEA ? Responsible for moderation of creating DFMEA with project team. ? Organization of meetings (scheduling, timing, boundary conditions, correct team members) ? Keep team meeting effective and on track / resolve conflicts. ? Ask leading questions for team ? Preparation of analysis reports and summaries. Operational Change Management ? Take the role of operational change manager to support change management activities within the businesses in cooperation with the JVs in AP region. Configuration Management ? Achieving project Configuration Management (CM) goals as defined in CM-plan ? Release the CMI List consistency General ? Comply with the designated IATF 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines. ? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. ? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook. ? Other duties and responsibilities delegated by direct manager
