Key accountabilities and responsibilities: 1. Drive revenue, volume, gross profit management for AIR product2. Build up AIR cost model with product3. Analyse, review and drive performance management on key metrics include financial and productivity4. Control the process among entities5. Identify market risk and opportunities using benchmarking of internal and external data; establish relevant actions with business to mitigate risks or materialize opportunities6. Ensure good alignment across area product organization and finance functions7. Support Head of AIR and Air product deliver on area strategy by proactive involvement in projects driving scoping, baseline, and target setting8. Full year budget target setting, performance tracking for key stakeholders to ensure business developmentWork closely with the AIR product to ensure MOS leads to effective performance reviews and improvement actions. Thereby decide together with leader the focus of the weekly MOS discussion and focus.Required experience
