In this role, you have the opportunity toDevelop and drive the continuous improvement projects for current logistics functions including warehousing, customs and shipping, and comply with all regulations in international trade compliance, FDA (Food drug administration), NMPA and other local laws.Provide professional knowledge of logistics in NPI project.Lead with best practices to enable our organization to provide high quality medical products to our customers. You are responsible for:Continuous improvement on import and export process (customs and transportation). Regular service evaluation with 3PL and Customs broker to drive continuous improvement.Coordination and management of trade compliance audit, such as Customs AEO, HS code classification, import and export process, Dangerous Goods management, internal and external audit.Managing the Transportation Management System, and compliance to Philips TMS policy. Data analysis and improvement plan deployment in logistics for internal and external customer satisfaction.Support or back-up Logistics functional supervisors to handle the daily operations.Participate in the NPI project as the representative of logistics.Lean deployment in logistics You are a part of?A professional and energetic Integrate Warehousing and Distribution (IWD) Team in Asia, around 5 Team members in Shenzhen China.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceEducation: Bachelor degree or above.Experience: Minimum 5 years’ working experiences in logistics in the multinational manufacturing company with supervisor role.
