We are looking for a new colleague of Electrical Engineer for our Division I - Test systems PL at our location of Shanghai, ZF Holdings. Your tasks: Role Target: To design and develop control system, the PLC software, electrical hardware design and commissioning of specific test benches according to customer SOR, which is synchronized, error-free, lean, standardized technologies, and with short setup time and lower maintenance levels. Be part of the engineering team and support engineering manager from technical aspect. Technical support for Sales, Project management, Service and/or other team. Responsible for control system concept and architecture design, PLC software design and commissioning, electrical HW design (including BOM) and commissioning for test bench. Fully responsible for checking all the inputs for software design including cycle diagram, hardware drawing, supplier’s specification, control architecture etc. Fully responsible for the software, hardware design and commissioning of third-party equipment or components. Selection and verification of local electrical components (including clarification of acquisitions) . Proactive get to understand the electrical specifications/ protocols from customers. Designing with the best Safety and Ergonomic practices. Knowhow in local standards and governmental guidelines. Managing design reviews internally/ with customer and sign meeting minutest properly. Participate and be responsible for the internal project acceptance. Be part of the project team and responsible for electrical problem solving in the whole project process, to achieve the project final acceptance. Supplier management support (delivery on time, cost, quality…). Technical support for manufacture, installation, and debug on site. Closely work together with mechanical engineer to get the assigned machine reach customer SOR and industrial standard. Other tasks as assigned. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related major.
