We are looking for a new colleague Customer Quality Engineer for our Division Car Chassis Technology at our location of Qingdao.Your tasks: * Quality planning in worldwide projects of the Product Line Mechatronic Chassis Actuators. * ZF responsible for all quality topics (APQP Process) within the project and customer contact for quality tasks. * Review of quality standards in projects and plants. * Performing process audits in plants and projects. * Introduction, improvements and application of quality methods e.g.,？FMEA, Control Plan, Automotive SPICE. * Act as customer interface for Quality issues. * Lead root cause investigation on quality issues during all project phases with Initiating claims investigation during serial production, delegating tasks to owners and ensuring follow up to meet customer expectations in response time and investigation quality. * Ensure and validate implementation of corrective actions. * Creation and submission of 8D report to customer. * Perform look across of known failure modes to prevent recurrence. * Share Lessons Learnt from Field Quality to Project Quality. * Agreement of quality targets with customers. * Maintenance of score cards and customer feedback.Your profile: * Completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering and professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry as well as in the field of mechatronic systems required; * Experience in management or attending with projects. * Experience in the quality methods IATF FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and Control Plan, and SPICE, VDA Standards are preferred; * Excellent communication skills to deal with customers, fluid in English; * High willingness to travel due to the international orientation of the position; * Ability to work under pressure; * Organizational skills. * SAP and MS Office knowledge. * Knowledge of problem solving methods. * Six Sigma Greenbelt certification within 24 months will be appreciated.Be part of our ZF team as Project Quality Engineer / Customer Quality Engineer and apply now! 職能類別：汽車質(zhì)量工程師
