Screen the stat-of-art heating/cooling technologies across HVAC, MAC and E-cooling industries; Identify and pursue new opportunities by incorporating HON’s refrigerant products and technologies; Provide technical insights by evaluating emerging technologies through model-based design methods; Re-invent and develop new IP and jointly drive commercial success. ? Identify, initiate and manage new projects for business growth by working closely with the commercial and technology teams and the industry; ? Stabilize and extend business relations with existing and new customers, recognize and identify potential customers; ? Communicate the progress with leadership team through stage gate process; ? Keep regular technical communication with customers to promote Honeywell refrigerants; Support marketing team to implement LGWP refrigerants “Go to market” strategy; Work with commercial counterparts to develop and engage customers and partners, and build demo cases to demonstrate the value of the Honeywell offering; ? Develop technical partnership with lead industrial upstream/downstream players and main industrial associations; ? Communicate with global technology team regularly; ?
