Job description 工作內(nèi)容:
- To work closely with sales and customers to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.
與客戶和銷售積極配合以及時正確地處理客戶定單。
- To fulfil customer orders and requirements, work with plant and logistics to have timely producing and delivery.處理和完成客戶訂單與需求,協(xié)助工廠和物流部門以保證生產(chǎn)及運輸?shù)募皶r安排。
- To execute customer service standards, order processing procedure, and support the implementation of SAP. 執(zhí)行客戶服務(wù)標準和客戶訂單處理流程,支持SAP實施。
- Communicate well with sales team, plant, logistics and finance team, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary.與銷售/工廠/物流/倉庫保持良好的溝通, 如有需要, 協(xié)助他們一起解決其間爭議。
- Communicate well with customers; manage well customers' requirements and needs, provide timely and efficient feedback to customers.與客戶保持良好溝通, 合理管理客戶需求,并及時回復(fù)客戶咨詢。
-To evaluate and improve customer service performance 評估和提高客戶服務(wù)績效.
Job requirement職位要求:
- University degree or above大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷。
- Relevant working experience is preferred, major in international trade or business management university graduates with excellent performance can also be considered. 有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,有優(yōu)秀表現(xiàn)的國際貿(mào)易或商務(wù)管理專業(yè)的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可。
- Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently
高度自我激勵, 能夠采取主動, 獨立工作。
- With a pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team個性開朗,良好的溝通技巧,團隊合作能力強。
- Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time 能承受工作壓力按時完成任務(wù)。
- A capable user of PC office applications. Knowledge of SAP will be as advantage.良好的計算機操作能力, 熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。
