We are looking for a new colleague Facility Engineer for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Beichen District, Tianjin.

Your tasks:

• Purpose of the job: In charge of the building construction, Firefighting system, Industry doors and Power supply system management. Manage and maintain all the auxiliaries related with these systems to keep them running in a good condition and reach the availability target.

• Major accountability: 1). Responsibility for Building construction and the auxiliary facility (roof, wall, road, fence and so on) management, running and maintenance. 2). Responsibility for the Firefighting system management, running, and maintenance, make sure the system working in the right way. 3). Responsibility for the Industry Door (rolling door, shuttle door) management, running and maintenance; 4). Responsibility for the natural gas system management, running and maintenance, make sure the gas system running in safety all the time. 5). Cooperation Power Supply System management and provide reasonable advice. 6). Planned maintenance task development and execution to ensure the availability target can be reach. Make report and analysis the problem root case and take action to reduce the down time or the maintain cost. 7). Responsibility for the projects that related with the new facility equipment installation, existing equipment’s improvement and final acceptance. 8). Handle all the systems which responsibility emergency repair and make effective trouble shooting. 9). Spare part identification timely and thoroughly. 10). Make the budget of the system which responsible for. 11). Cooperate with subcontract and control the cost and quality. 12). Train and manage facility technician with share the experience and knowledges. 13). Know well the facility systems such as overhead crane, forklift, chiller, HVAC and boiler and so on.

• Key Performance Indicators: 1). Availability of the power system. 2). PM on schedule percentage. 3). Firefighting system management.

Your profile:

• Education level: Bachelor of Engineering or above.

• 3 Years of relevant experience in facility maintenance.
