崗位職責(zé) :
1、負(fù)責(zé)閥門在供方生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)和最終出貨檢驗(yàn) / Responsible for valves in process inspection and final inspection at supplier factory;
2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)供方閥門的MTR 和產(chǎn)品材料進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證 / Responsible for checking valve MTR and valve material validation at supplier factory;/
3、負(fù)責(zé)閥門零件在供方的過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)以及最終出貨檢驗(yàn) / Responsible for valve components in process inspection and final inspection before delivery;
4、負(fù)責(zé)按照?qǐng)D紙，材料規(guī)范，檢驗(yàn)程序和規(guī)范執(zhí)行檢驗(yàn)工作 / Responsible for implementing inspection work according to WV drawings, material specifications, inspection procedures and specifications;
5、按照檢驗(yàn)程序要求填寫(xiě)檢驗(yàn)記錄和質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)里輸入檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，處理不合格品以及放行合格產(chǎn)品 / Fill in inspection records and input inspected data into quality system , handle nonconforming products and release qualified product according to WV inspection procedures;
6、及時(shí)和主管以及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員溝通和匯報(bào)在檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題, 和供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行質(zhì)量問(wèn)題溝通以及檢驗(yàn)事項(xiàng)溝通 / Communicate and report quality issues identified during inspection with supervisor and related WV team members, communicate with suppliers on quality issues and inspection issues;
7、對(duì)檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品開(kāi)具NCR，并跟蹤問(wèn)題的整改進(jìn)度，驗(yàn)證問(wèn)題的整改效果 , 關(guān)閉NCR / Issue NCR for non-conforming products during inspection, follow up the problem improvement progress, validate the improvement effectiveness, close NCR accordingly.
8、服從主管的檢驗(yàn)工作安排，以及根據(jù)工作需要服從主管人員安排的其他非檢驗(yàn)工作 / Obey the inspection work arrangement and other non-inspection work arranged by the supervisor according to the needs of the work.
9、服從其他主管人員合理的工作安排
Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).
任職要求:
1、College or above in Mechanical or related/大專及以上學(xué)歷
2、At least 5 years inspection experience in valve company/在閥門行業(yè)至少5年的檢驗(yàn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、Familiar with measuring instruments for various machined parts /熟悉使用各種金屬加工零件的測(cè)量器具 ;
4、Familiar with Office software, and CAD software is plus/ 熟悉使用Office軟件，會(huì)CAD者優(yōu)先；
5、Strong EHS awareness/有很強(qiáng)的安全意識(shí)
6、Familiar with NDE test(UT/PT/MT) is plus/ 熟悉無(wú)損檢測(cè)（UT/PT/MT）的人員優(yōu)先；
7、Basic communication English skill in read/基本的英文閱讀能立
8、Able to travel when job needed/ 能夠根據(jù)工作需要出差；
9、Root cause analysis skills / 具有分析問(wèn)題的能力
10、Good communication skill and high sense of responsibility / 擅長(zhǎng)溝通和具有高度的責(zé)任感
