Job Responsibilities 工作職責:
1、GM Daily Operation
總經理日常運行管理
2、Itinerary arrangement for GM and management team
總經理及公司管理層行程安排
3、Arrangement of company meetings and tracking of action plans.
公司經理會議安排及行動計劃跟蹤
4、Preparation of company management meetings
公司管理會議準備及組織
5、Consolidation of company management reports
公司管理報表的收集及準備
6、Plan special events and represent the Company at community events and activities, i.e. executive visit, annual dinner, company outing and etc.
代表公司組織和計劃特殊重大活動,如年會、公司旅游、高管訪問接待等
Training培訓
1、Be responsible for organizing the training (internal/external training, on board training), assist the departments to formulate the training plan, training cost budget. Be responsible for the preparation and coordination
組織各項培訓(公司內部/外部培訓、新員工培訓),協(xié)助主辦部門擬訂培訓方案,做好培訓費用預算及各項準備、協(xié)調工作
2、Follow up the training effect, and improve the training work activity
培訓工作效果,并對培訓工作進行改進
3、Establish and update employee training files, review the professional and technical training of each department;
負責建立和更新員工培訓檔案,監(jiān)督檢查各部門的專業(yè)技術培訓;
4、Maintenance and update of company knowledge repository
公司知識清單的維護與更新
5、Support 3rd part audit and ensure all the procedure, record and documents fully comply IATF and EMS/ OHSAS requirement
應對第三方、內部審核,保證流程、資料和文檔的合規(guī)性
Communication 員工溝通
1、Propose, set up and execute annual communication plan
員工溝通計劃的制定,組織以及執(zhí)行
2、Follow company EHS requirements. Report potential risk and EHS events.
遵守公司EHS相關規(guī)定,報告安全生產事故隱患,報告EHS事件
3、Perform responsibility relative to EHS management system

Requirements(Education/Certification/Work Experience/Skills) 崗位要求(教育背景/證書/經驗/經驗):
Education 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree in English major or related discipline
大學本科,英文或相關專業(yè)
Work Experience 工作經驗
At least 3-5 years of experience in assistant in multinational manufacturing environment, JV company assistant experience is preferred
3-5年制造業(yè)公司經驗,或合資企業(yè)助理工作經驗
Specialized Skills/Knowledge 專業(yè)技能/知識
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Chinese
具有較強的人際交往和中、英文溝通能力
