We are sourcing a new colleague Sales Account Manager - Agriculture Machinery Systems for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Songjiang District, Shanghai.
Your tasks:
Actively driving and managing the assigned customers for ZF Agricultural Machinery Systems in China.
Support the development of Sales and Product Strategies for the assigned market and execute them.
Be responsible for the Sales Plans for the assigned market/customers and implement all possible actions to achieve them.
Closely cooperate with Passau and Luoyang teams for customers’ and products’ related issues.
Execute regular customers’ visits to understand their strategies/ needs and foster relationship.
Lead and coordinate cross function team to meet customers' demand and drive the business with profitable growth.
Your profile:
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in off-highway industry, agriculture machinery industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above, good English language skills.
Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive in problem solving.
Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditions.
Available for business trips in China with at least his/her 50% time, and travel to Germany (if necessary)
