Job Duties:
1) Assists on Contract management issues assigned by legal counsels including contract registration, contract review, contract application etc.;
2) Assists on preparing legal change documents and resolutions;
3) Conduct legal research according to the request of legal counsel;
4) Ensure proper filing and records-retention of legal documents as instructed;
5) Handle the other matters as instructed;？
Job Requirements:
1) Grade 3-4 university student ;post-graduate student
2) Prefer major in Law
3) Self-starter and teamwork spirit;
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
實(shí)習(xí)要求3天/周*3個月及以上
