Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
◆ Independently manages all aspects of market development. Participate in strategic planning. Updates target lists, maps and target books. Conducts title searches. Analyze site surveys and leases. ◆ Track performance goals and budget. Prepare management and pipeline reports and business plans. Compiles integrated market strategy report, post-analysis report and other special project reporting.
