What will you do if join us?
? Reporting and data consolidation
? 報表及數據的整理和整合
? SAP process operation (mater data creation/maintenance, billing, actual cost booking, report checking, etc.)
? SAP流程操作（主數據創(chuàng)建維護， 開具發(fā)票，實際費用入賬，報告核查等）
? Participation in/coordination of monthly closing
? 參與/協(xié)調月度結賬
? Prepare commercial reports
? 準備相關商務報表
? Payment documents preparation, monitoring customer payment schedule, and account receivables following up
? 付款文件的準備及跟蹤, 跟進客戶付款計劃，應收賬款追蹤
? Budgeting and forecast for department key financial figures
? 部門關鍵財務數據的預算和預測
? Branches annual report and license update
? 分公司的年報及證照變更
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor
? 領導分派的其他任務
Who are we looking for?
? Bachelor or above, major in Accounting/ Finance is preferred
? 本科以上學歷，會計及財務相關專業(yè)者優(yōu)先；
? Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
? 熟練的英文聽說讀寫能力；
? 3 years above working experience in finance area
? 三年以上商務或財務相關行業(yè)的工作經驗；
? Good Microsoft Office software skill (especially Excel, better to know SAP and PowerBI)
? 熟練運用辦公軟件，尤其是Excel，熟知SAP及 PowerBI 為佳；
? Be earnest, stable and initiative, good communication and strong learning ability
? 工作認真，積極主動有穩(wěn)定性，良好的溝通和學習能力；
? With basic IT skills or PM experience is priority
? 具有IT技能或項目管理經驗的候選人優(yōu)先考慮。
