The position：Claims Associate
Monthly salary：10,000-15,000 ( depending on experience and qualifications)
Main tasks/activities :

You will be responsible for executing the following tasks:
Claims handling of both personal and commercial lines.
Regular claims input, review and loss trends analysis.
Regulatory reports on regular or ad hoc basis
Assisting in promoting the claim team’s integration with other operational teams within the BU.
Assisting in ensuring that all administrative and process functions set down by claim internal guidelines are properly conducted in a professional and timely manner.
Adopting best practice in the BU to meet and exceed if possible, the standards required by Asia Claims and by Group Internal Audit.
Other tasks assigned by BU head.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor degree and above
Written and verbal communication in English
Ability and willingness to take initiative and implement measures in a goal-oriented manner
Results orientated with an ability to influence and drive resolution in cross func
