What a typical day looks like:
? Lead and organize AE and technicians for production support./ 領導和組織助理工程師和技術人員支持生產。
? Improve the process yield, productivity and UPH/提高工藝相關的良率、生產率和UPH。
? Achieve target of headcount reduction and cost saving./ 實現(xiàn)精簡人員和節(jié)約成本的目標
? Deal with process and customer documentation./ 處理流程和客戶文件問題。
? Evaluate and solve the outstanding production problems/評估和解決突出的生產問題
? DFM implementation/DFM的執(zhí)行與分析
? Develop process flow for new product/開發(fā)新產品的工藝流程
