Job Description: Design and implement the Digital Workplace strategy leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and other related applications, with a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional user experience. Lead the life cycle planning of the M365 applications through the phases of strategy, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve, and retire. Working with other engineers and operations staff to test, implement and transition new services, or upgrades to existing core foundational services in the M365 space. Check performance logs and monitor system performance of all O365 services. Deliver consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with O365 products. Develop technical documentation to accurately represent infrastructure design and process.
