-Standard operation process readiness follow up
-Risk and issue management
-monthly service report setup
-Technology readiness follow up
Requirement
* 10 years of working experience
* 2 transition project experience
* Good understanding of Application Maintenance Service
* Good understanding of ITIL, especially for service operation: incident management, request management, problem management, change management etc.
* Good at PPT and presentation
* Good technique of communication and problem solving
* Good English oral and written
* Result driven, diligent, positive
* PMP certification
* Vendor management experience is a plus
* Better has medical device or manufacturing industry experience
