Job Description
Define electric powertrain-relevant vehicle motion features based on market insights and technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key features in VMM products.
Job Responsibilities
? Perform research and analysis to identify and evaluate new features
? Analyze and develop powertrain-specific control algorithms for performance, efficiency, and reliability
? Provide technical consultation to various teams
? Comply with company development and quality process
? Support in demonstrating features and resolving issues
Qualification Requirements
Work related requirements
Education: Major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Control Therory; Master's degree preferred
Working Experience:5 years of experience in control algorithm development for electric drive systems
Knowledge/Skills:
? Experience with motor control systems, power electronics, and electric power systems
? Knowledge in vehicle dynamics and embedded control system development
? Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C , MATLAB, and Simulink
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? With the ability to communicate technical information effectively in English
