崗位職責(zé)描述

4. 管理公司稅務(wù)合規(guī)工作，完善稅務(wù)管理制度和流程;識別和降低潛在的稅務(wù)風(fēng)險
Manage the company's tax compliance work, improved tax management system and
processes; identify and mitigate potential tax risks
5. 作為企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴，能夠為企業(yè)發(fā)展需求和各種商業(yè)活動提供專業(yè)支持
Be a partner to business, able to provide professional support to business
development needs and various business activities
6. 根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤梢髮徍朔ǘ▓蟾?br /> Review statutory reports per local statutory requirements
7. 與外部審計員和稅務(wù)局就稅務(wù)申報和回復(fù)查詢進行溝通
Deal with external auditors and tax bureaus on tax filings and responses to
queries
8. 支持高級財務(wù)管理或參與特別任務(wù)
Support the senior finance management to lead or participate in ad hoc tasks

職位要求
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，財務(wù)/會計/經(jīng)濟專業(yè)，有CTA, CPA證書優(yōu)先
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance/accounting/economics with CTA,
CPA preferred
2. 8年以上稅務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉中國及國際會計準(zhǔn)則;有四大會計師事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗和大型跨國公司任職經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
At least 8 years of experience in tax field, familiar with Chinese and
international accounting standards; experience in both big 4 CPA firms and post
qualification experience in sizable MNC is preferred
3. 精力充沛，積極主動，具有良好的人際交往能力，能與組織內(nèi)各階層溝通
An energetic self-starter with excellent inter-personal skills who can
communicate across all levels in the organization
