About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing and Purchasing Manager to lead our sourcing operations in China. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize purchase strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee end-to-end sourcing, ensuring cost transparency and efficiency.
? Develop and implement sourcing strategies and category management.
? Lead supplier negotiations, securing profitable and reliable partnerships.
? Collaborate with internal teams to align on procurement and quality processes.
? Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and risk management.
? Identify and cultivate relationships with trusted suppliers.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
? Fluent in English and Chinese.
? Proven experience in sourcing or procurement management in China.
? Strong knowledge of market dynamics and procurement process.
? Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
? Ability to manage complex projects and foster strong supplier partnerships.
