Job Scope - Collaborate with regional stakeholders to coordinate roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies for country data migration. - Participate in arbitration and decision-making between central and regional/country data migration teams. - Communicate zone-specific needs to the NEO Group for potential global harmonization. - Align country data migration requirements with the global model. - Analyze country requirements, formalize technical translations, and develop solutions with data migration teams. - Liaise with country teams to implement appropriate solutions based on their needs. - Support scoping, estimation, and execution of data migration projects. - Leverage global methodology for country data migration activities (mocks, cutover). - Manage data migration tasks, update plans, monitor metrics, and report to PMO. - Ensure timely task execution, issue resolution, and dependency management. - Support cutover plan development. Qualifications - 8 years or above hands-on SAP implementation or rollout project experience (MM/ PP/ Supply Chain, not limited to any specific SAP module 不限模塊) - Hands-on experience in data/ overall-migration is desired. - Good command in both spoken and written English - Desire to develop strong relationships, both internally and externally, and feel comfortable interacting with people from different disciplines and cultures to enable a successful account.
