職位信息
1、Support project manager to oversees the project cost
2、Establish project control base and develop project control plans and procedures together with EPCM partner
3、Review project budget allocation basis developed by EPCM partner and make optimization according to company capital policy
4、Cost closely monitor and audit until project handover.
5、Timely inform project management of potential problems related to cost and make recommendations for the path forward in time, early escalation when needed.
6、Collaborate in establishing and managing cost control systems for accurate financial information with company finance partner
7、Create and maintain cost master data and monthly update according data from SAP
8、Analyze project management and cost control system data independently for insightful cost status presentations.
9、Strong ownership on budget, do the best efforts to keep the actual spending under approved budget.
10、Involve and control all change orders during project execution
11、Ability to analyze the construction/equipment unit cost is a plus
崗位要求：
1、Bachelor's degree in engineering or accounting related field.
2、At least 7 years experience in project controller role with focus in cost and familiar schedule control will be a plus
3、A proven self-starter, able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with a wide range of personnel, has the ability to interact and work in a team environment, and is well organized.
4、Fluent in English both written and oral.
5、Work experience in EPCM company is a must
6、Work Experience in owner’s company is a plus
