Job Tasks: 1. Evaluate and develop potential suppliers for Edscha group in Asia region; 2. Monitor supplier performance for each Edscha Asia plants; 3. Support plant supplier quality team to evaluate and assist suppliers‘ APQP activities with lessons learnt enhancement; 4. Perform supplier’s regular audit to evaluate supplier’s capability according to Edscha Procedure; 5. Conduct gap analysis when necessary for supplier continuous improvement initiatives; 6. Perform risk and quality analysis at suppliers from customer perspective; 7. Support plant supplier quality team to solve serious complaint (Root cause investigation) and recover quality loss properly; 8. Support supplier development of global module where suppliers are in Asia region ; 9. Other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by Asia supplier quality manager; Required Qualification: 1. College Degree or above with major in mechanical or relatives. 2. more than 3 years supplier quality management experience on electronic/soldering/ stamping/forging/injection molding field inlcuding VDA6.3 suppliers audit, development , problem shooting,etc. 3. VDA QMC VDA 6.3 process auditor 4. IATF16949 internal auditor 5. Be good at 5 tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA) 6. Good 8D skill 7. Smoothly using office software 8. Logically figure out priority from several tasks; focus on problems shooting 9. Be independently working with strong ownership! 10. Good at communication skill 11. Good English in speaking and writing
