Job Summary:
主要職責(zé)是協(xié)助直線經(jīng)理與華東渠道合作伙伴推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)華東地區(qū)及入境旅行社,完成銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)的覆蓋。負(fù)責(zé)華東市場(chǎng)客戶的各項(xiàng)銷(xiāo)售和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作以完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);負(fù)責(zé)戰(zhàn)略性地規(guī)劃和實(shí)施整體市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)推廣計(jì)劃,增加品牌認(rèn)知和市場(chǎng)滲透;負(fù)責(zé)華東市場(chǎng)旅游渠道合作伙伴的業(yè)務(wù)拓展和市場(chǎng)情況收集分享。與各部門(mén)同事保持良好的溝通,確保業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)流程保持高效。
The main responsibility is to assist the line manager to drive business targets with East China partners, especially to develop East China and inbound travel agencies to increase market coverage. Responsible for sales and marketing work with travel trade partners in the East China market to achieve sales targets; Responsible for strategically planning and implementation the overall marketing and promotion programs to increase brand awareness and market penetration; Responsible for business development and market intelligence collection and sharing. Maintain good communication and relationship with relevant departments to ensure that the business operation process efficient.

? 根據(jù)入園和酒店客房入住目標(biāo),與渠道合作伙伴共同制訂營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略、銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃和目標(biāo),并監(jiān)督實(shí)施其銷(xiāo)售結(jié)果。
? Work with trade partners in setting marketing strategies, sales plans and targets based on attendance and accommodation targets, and monitor the implementation of their sales results.
? 根據(jù)季節(jié)和特定市場(chǎng)或細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的需求,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。與渠道合作伙伴實(shí)時(shí)開(kāi)展銷(xiāo)售表現(xiàn)復(fù)盤(pán)評(píng)估。
? Drive sales strategies and action plans based on seasonal and specific market /segment needs. Conduct real-time sales performance review and evaluation with trade partners.
? 開(kāi)拓華東核心和下沉城市市場(chǎng),制訂定期的出差拜訪計(jì)劃,開(kāi)發(fā)具有合作潛力的優(yōu)質(zhì)渠道同業(yè)成為簽約合作伙伴,制訂并實(shí)施相應(yīng)的銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃和業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
? Develop the core and sinking markets in East China, conduct regular business trip visit plans, evaluate valued potential partners as UBR new partners, and formulate and implement corresponding sales plans and business objectives.
? 組織并開(kāi)展定期的產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn),線下路演,同業(yè)考察活動(dòng);針對(duì)渠道合作伙伴的業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),以及潛在合作渠道,定期開(kāi)展日常產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。針對(duì)地域拓展和滲透計(jì)劃,開(kāi)展并實(shí)施線下路演等活動(dòng)。 針對(duì)季節(jié)性市場(chǎng)需求,開(kāi)展同業(yè)考察活動(dòng)。
? Organize and carry out regular product training, offline roadshows and FAM; carry out regular product and business training for existing partners and potential partners. Conduct and implement offline roadshows and other activities for geographic expansion and penetration plans. Carry out industry FAM in response to seasonal market demand.
? 收集和分析華東市場(chǎng)旅業(yè)市場(chǎng)情況,實(shí)時(shí)與團(tuán)隊(duì)分享。
? Collect travel market intelligence and insight of East China market and share with the team in real time.
? 定期出差北京,與北京環(huán)球度假區(qū)總部辦公室和其他地區(qū)辦公室保持密切溝通,建立良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)關(guān)系,有效實(shí)現(xiàn)公司目標(biāo)。
? Regular travel to Beijing, maintain close communication with UBR headquarters office and other regional offices to build strong team relationships and effectively achieve company goals.

? 對(duì)整個(gè)旅游行業(yè)有充分認(rèn)知,包括線上旅游平臺(tái)和線下旅行社的市場(chǎng)情況。擁有旅行社,OTA,電商平臺(tái),社交媒體平臺(tái)等行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售和執(zhí)行運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的知識(shí)或經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Full knowledge of the entire travel industry, including online travel platforms and offline travel agency market conditions. Knowledge or experience in sales and executive operations in a travel agency, OTA, e-commerce platform, social media platform or other relevant industry.
? 具有良好的客戶管理能力,銷(xiāo)售能力和談判技巧,以促進(jìn)和實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售轉(zhuǎn)化,使北京環(huán)球度假區(qū)的市場(chǎng)曝光率和銷(xiāo)售轉(zhuǎn)化收益最大化。
Capable account management, sales and negotiation skills to facilitate and achieve sales conversions, while maximize UBR market exposure and sales conversion.
? 良好的PowerPoint/Excel技能,跟蹤日常銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)/結(jié)果和活動(dòng)完整性,良好的演講展示能力,以及管理和商業(yè)任務(wù)所需的任何其他任務(wù)。
Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills are required, keep tracking of daily sales data/results and activities integrity, with good presentation skills, and any other tasks required that would be required by management and business missions.
