Scope and Authority
As a Supplier Quality Engineer you are driving the quality performance improvement of our supplier base. Using your technical knowledge, analytic thinking and excellent people skills, you’ll work closely with suppliers to build up a profound knowledge of their performance and manufacturing capabilities.

Main Tasks
? Measure and drive quality performance improvement
? Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities
? Conduct supplier audits, assessing the quality system and process control, and follow up on open ac-tions
? Conduct product and process audits, ensuring that product and processes meet the Marel requirements
? Review and approve documentation like: FMEAs and control plans
? Cooperate with the Marel organization in the selection of new, and the development of existing suppliers
? Be the lead contact concerning quality issues. Ensuring effective problem solving in order to prevent recurrence of issues

Education, Knowledge and Experience
? Bachelor‘s Degree in the field of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
? 5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
? Experience with various tools, like: Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, RCA, PPAP, etc.
? Strong English skills, both written and verbal, as well as local language
? Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
? Comfort with working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
? In this position you will be requested to travel and work with suppliers both locally and abroad

熟悉各種工具，如：精益，六西格瑪，SPC, 8D， RCA， PPAP等。
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，以及當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言能力
