Our customer is a global leader on vacuum coating equipment and solution provider from Germany, we need to recruit a Electrical Control Engineer in Shanghai to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design and optimization of equipment electrical systems. Here is the job description as follow:
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, program, debug, and maintain electrical control systems for vacuum coating equipment, including PLC, HMI, servo drives, sensors, and industrial communication networks (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT).
2. Develop technical documentation such as electrical schematics, control logic descriptions, and test reports.
3. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration and on-time project delivery.
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues during production, installation, and on-site commissioning.
5. Drive system standardization and implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., IIoT, automation).
Requirements：
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Technical Skills:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, preferably in vacuum coating, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) and HMI development (WinCC, Proface).
- Strong knowledge of servo systems, frequency converters, and CAD tools (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical).
3. Language:
- Basic verbal communication skills in English (e.g., discussing technical requirements).
- Fluent in reading/writing English for technical documentation.
4. Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support.
