Responsibilities:
1.Manage site TrakSYS operation, collect and analyze data to monitor site TEEP/OEE, host monthly TEEP/OEE review meeting.
2.Serve as element leader of PSM sub-committee to engage in site PSM process.
3.Coordinate site CI projects, including participating in CI projects related to site and production department, continuous improvement of workshop 5S and Digital Lean etc.
4.Manage site operation Data collection and analyze, host site/department monthly KPI review and monitor improvement actions.
5.Update and maintain site capacity/agility book, host site monthly supply review.
6.Responsible for continuous improvement of production efficiency, including assessing production Equipment and Manhours requirements according to Demand, participating in production schedule, managing production standard working hours, develop continuous improvement plans, etc.
7.Responsible for daily trouble shooting on operation unplanned event. Organizing regular meetings of production department, including daily meetings, monthly meetings, cross-department meetings, etc.
8.Act as Backup for critical work of Process Engineer
