- 負責船舶中轉(zhuǎn)運輸計劃的制定、執(zhí)行與監(jiān)控，確保貨物按時、安全地從一個港口轉(zhuǎn)運至另一個港口。協(xié)調(diào)船運公司、碼頭、海關(guān)等多方資源，解決運輸過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，保證運輸流程順暢。分析運輸數(shù)據(jù)，評估運輸效率，提出改進建議，持續(xù)優(yōu)化運輸流程。
主要職責:
-準備轉(zhuǎn)運計劃并發(fā)送給碼頭運營商/港口代理
-檢查不合理的路線，并以最具成本效益的方式安排轉(zhuǎn)運貨物
-在FIS中更新集裝箱運輸/船舶連接和時間表
-向Region貨物控制中心提交特殊貨物申請，并確保在特殊貨物上船前獲得批準
-確保所有特殊貨物（危險貨物、冷藏貨物和OOG貨物）都有特殊貨物清單、DG文件等提供給碼頭運營商/港口代理/供應(yīng)商/合作伙伴
-密切跟蹤/監(jiān)控/計劃高質(zhì)量的轉(zhuǎn)運連接
-遵守/達到采購部門提供的招標結(jié)果的流量份額
-準備并發(fā)送支線訂單給供應(yīng)商
-及時提供裝貨清單，完成出口支線船平衡
-處理貨物進度，以改善轉(zhuǎn)運停留時間，達到KPI并避免額外的運營成本
-監(jiān)控轉(zhuǎn)運箱的連接狀態(tài)，直到裝上第二站
-參與貨物關(guān)倉，如有需要，與支線公司聯(lián)系解決
-在SAP-MM和FIS中創(chuàng)建和準備工作訂單
-滿足W/O創(chuàng)建/老化目標
-與供應(yīng)商發(fā)布并完成月度工單
應(yīng)聘要求：
- 大專及以上學(xué)歷；
- 1-3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗或海運行業(yè)經(jīng)驗背景；物流、國際貿(mào)易、采購及供應(yīng)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
- 良好的英語口語和書寫能力；
- 熟練運用辦公軟件；
- 積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度，抗壓能力強。
- 良好的溝通能力，獨立工作能力以及團隊合作能力；
Responsibilities：
- Responsible for timely and cost efficient transport of containers by rail, truck and feeder vessel to and fro locations within an area of Operation.
- To continually improve schedule reliability in order to build customer satisfaction.
- To ensure space protection and execution for quickest connections.
Tasks:
61 Prepare and send transshipment planning to terminal operator/port agent
61 Check illogical routing and arrange transshipment cargo in the most cost-effective way
61 Update container on-carriage/ vessel connection and schedule in FIS
61 Furnish special cargo application to Regional Cargo Control and ensure approval is granted before acceptance/ loading of special cargo onboard
61 Ensure all special (Dangerous, Reefer, and OOG) cargo are supported by special cargo list, DG documents, etc.to terminal operator/port agent/vendor/partner
61 Close tracing / monitoring / planning high quality transshipment connection
61 Comply with/achieve the flow share of tender result provided by procurement
61 Prepare and send feeder booking to vendor
61 Timely provision of loading list to complete export feeder vessel balancing
61 Handle cargo advancement to improve transshipment dwell time, meet KPI and avoid extra operations costs
61 Monitor connection status of transshipment box until getting loaded on the 2nd leg
61 Attend cargo closing and liaise with Feeder Company to settle if required
61 Create and prepare work-orders in both SAP-MM and FIS
61 Meet W/O creation/aging target
61 Issue and finalize monthly workorder statement with vendor
Qualification：
61 Diploma with 1-3 years relevant working experience and/or shipping background
61 Good spoken and written English (CET- 4)
61 Good team work and can work under pressure
61 Positive attitude and willing to learn
61 Able to work independently
