Job function:
To lead area sales to achieve Sales Target via retention of customers and new business development. To manage key customers and distributors in the regions. Manage working capitals via accurate sales forecasting and Account Receivable (AR) per company’s guidelines.
Duties:
1. Set area’s sales strategy and lead team to achieve sales revenue budget as per OP
2. Identify, create and develop sales opportunities in assigned regions.
3. Prioritize sales and technical resources as per sales strategy and customer segmentation
4. Manage Key customers in the regions
5. Develop and manage distributors in the regions
6. Develop new customers and retain existing customers via multi generation product strategy
7. Establish technical credibility with customers at all levels.
8. Submit sales forecast, weekly Pulse update and monthly reports to operations and management team.
9. Conduct market intelligence and competitions information and feedback to management team.
10. Manage Account Receivable and minimize credit risks
11. Training and coaching of sales team
Skills and Abilities:
1. More than 5 years experience preferred as technical and commercial sales in cement industry or relevant industry.
2. Experience in technical or sales administration an advantage.
3. Good English language skills.(Ability to read and write is good enough for this role)
4. Strong leadership and persuasive communication skills
5. Experienced in distributors management
Education level:
University degree in relevant Engineering or Sciences field. Knowledge in Cement is mandatory.
Commercial skills, knowledge in cement process, cement mills, and cement additives are plus for this position.
