Our customer is a global leader on vacuum coating equipment and solution provider from Germany.
Responsibilities:
崗位職責(zé):
61 Developing and revising equipment (and upgrade) sales proposals and quotations;
制定和修改設(shè)備(和升級)銷售方案和報價;
61 Understanding customer needs/technical requirements and providing profound input during the quotation and/or proposal development;
了解客戶需求/技術(shù)要求,并在報價和/或建議制定過程中提供深刻的意見;
61 Calculating budgetary prices and understanding the costs associated with the sales;
計算預(yù)算價格,了解與銷售相關(guān)的成本;
61 Executing on sales forecast activities and performance goals, accordingly;
執(zhí)行銷售預(yù)測活動和業(yè)績目標(biāo);
61 Meeting with clients, assisting sales agents with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals;
與客戶會面,協(xié)助銷售代理維護(hù)關(guān)系、進(jìn)行談判并達(dá)成交易;
61 Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion;
編制定期銷售報告,說明銷售量、潛在銷售額以及建議擴(kuò)大客戶群的領(lǐng)域;
61 Reviewing and analyzing sales performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness;
根據(jù)方案、報價和計劃審查和分析銷售業(yè)績,以確定有效性;
61 Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities;
監(jiān)測競爭對手的產(chǎn)品、銷售和營銷活動;
61 Overseeing and evaluating market research and adjusting the marketing strategy to meet changing market requirements;

61 Ensures that the expected sales results are achieved;

61 Developing new strategies, tactics, and plans for future company growth;

61 Identifying and promoting strategic alliances with industry leaders and key customers;
識別并促進(jìn)與行業(yè)龍頭和主要客戶的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟;
61 Developing of programs to increase equipment and upgrade sales;
制定增加設(shè)備和升級銷售計劃;
61 Takes care of regular sales meetings and training sessions for the internal and external sales organization in China together with the Head of Sales.
與銷售主管一起,負(fù)責(zé)定期召開銷售會議,并對中國的內(nèi)部和外部銷售組織進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
Qualifications:
工作要求:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in materials or Engineering or an equivalent qualification;
材料或工程專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷或同等學(xué)歷;
61 6 years of a proven track record as sales expert in plasma technology, vacuum coating or related technologies and applications;
6 年以上等離子技術(shù)、真空鍍膜或相關(guān)技術(shù)和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域銷售專家的工作經(jīng)驗;
61 Experience and background in renewable energy, optics and semiconductors is preferred;
有可再生能源、光學(xué)和半導(dǎo)體方面經(jīng)驗和背景者優(yōu)先;
61 Familiar with working in an international organization dealing with industrial goods or sputter target material;
熟悉在處理工業(yè)產(chǎn)品或濺射靶材的***中的工作;
61 Good knowledge of PC hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, e-Mail);
精通計算機(jī)硬件和軟件(Microsoft Windows、Microsoft Office、電子郵件);
61 Being good at report preparation and data analysis;

61 Very good communication skills, good listening skills and an understanding of how-to response;
