Position Purpose Description

This role drives operational excellence within Budweiser’s Capability Center by supporting People KPI and process optimization for APAC. Reporting to PBS PPM Manager, the SME will ensure accuracy and timely delivery for People report, design BI dashboard, and enhance productivity through automation tools and system enhancements. Key responsibilities include delivering accurate BI reporting, administering local tools, supporting data governance project, and managing ad-hoc analytics requests.

Main Responsibility

1. Deliver on-time and accurate monthly performance results
2. Drive excellence via local BI system
3. Local Tools Administration
4. Support on PPM-related data domains in Data Governance
5. Manage Ad hoc Report Requests

Education and Qualification

Bachelor or above

Professional Knowledge

Human Resources or Financial background is preferred

Professional Skills

Able to speak, read and write English, proficient in Excel, Power-Query, SQL and other tools are preferred

Work Experience

More than two years of work experience, project management experience is preferred

Personal Ability

Good communication and coordination skills, fast response
