General Purpose of the Position:
80 Continuous Improvement of existing manufacturing equipment as well as assist in the implementation of new programs based on the plants future business plan.

Major Responsibilities:
80 Be responsible for tooling/ equipment run off/ debug/ installation
80 Lead process problem solving / root cause analysis
80 Execute CPI assignment on time
80 Follow Internal Control procedure, resolve the non-compliance in time
80 Optimize manufacturing process to meet Uptime, *** Time Quality and Changeover goals
80 Implement process continuous improvement project for cost reduction
80 Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, PFMEA, PFD, W/I, etc.
80 Train Operator to implement working instruction
80 Assess operator skill level


Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
80 Bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering required
80 AutoCAD capability preferred
80 Familiarity with Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens control devices preferred
80 Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production
80 Good personal communication skill
80 Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including CPI, PFMEA, PFD, SPC, etc.
80 Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls
80 Able to demonstrate qualified skill to operator and willing to work at the floor with operator
80 Self-motivated, accepts responsibility for assigned area
80 Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English
80 Able to lead related team member (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
80 Able to travel as required
