General Purpose of the Position:
80 Insure the availability of material for the plant in right quantity, place, and time.

Major Responsibilities:
80 Run material requirement planning (MRP)
80 Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers. Track the confirmation and shipment. Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement
80 Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. Manage supplier pull system when required
80 Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability
80 Support lean principles by update the PFEP database, initiatives of MCIP and inventory reduction, and DMS implementation
80 Projects as assigned by manager

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
80 Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
80 Excellent English. Good communication skills
80 3 years experiences in: production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management
80 Strong PC and systems skilled
80 Good analytical and problem solver skills.
80 Organized and disciplined.

Experience:
80 Experience in production operations (optional)
80 Kanban system experience
80 Pull System
80 Supply Chain Management
80 Inventory management
80 Experience on MRP/ERP systems
80 Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, etc.)
