Position Summary:
負責訂單管理；支持銷售團隊達成銷售目標；維護客戶關系，挖掘潛在銷售機會。
Responsible for order management. Support sales team to achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship and find more sales opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 及時回應客戶詢價，了解客戶需求，記錄并跟進收到的銷售線索，將確認的銷售機會分類并分配給銷售進行跟進；
Response to customer inquiries timely, understand customer needs, record sales leads, classify identified sales opportunities and distribute them to sales for follow-up.
2. 及時響應客戶/銷售的報價需求并制作報價單發(fā)布，針對項目型銷售，協(xié)助準備項目標書；
Timely respond to customer's quotation demand and prepare quotation sheet. Assist project sales in preparing project bidding document.
3. 積極跟進報價發(fā)送后的反饋，并進行記錄和分析，以推動報價轉化為訂單；
Actively follow up quotation, record and analyze it to drive the quotation transfer to an order.
4. 制作合同或協(xié)議，并審核合同條款，反饋風險給銷售進行確認或與客戶協(xié)商，跟進合同審批等內部流程；
Make contract or agreement and review contract terms, feedback risk to sales for confirmation or negotiate with customer. Follow up the contract approval process internally.
5. 在 CRM 系統(tǒng)中建立新客戶，并維護客戶信息；
Create and maintain customer information in CRM.
6. 根據 SOP 跟進銷售或服務訂單流程；
Follow up processing of Sales or Service order according to SOP.
7. 及時發(fā)送、處理發(fā)票相關事宜；
Timely delivery and invoice issue.
8. CRM 系統(tǒng)操作及訂單狀態(tài)跟進；
