About the Team
We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket Division at our location in Shanghai.
The Product Management team plays a key role in shaping the regional product strategy and ensuring the successful introduction and lifecycle management of our aftermarket portfolio. Working closely with global teams and cross-functional departments, we drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth across the region.

What you can look forward to as Product Manager :

● Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in IAM according to GDPEP and OP/SP targets
● For NPIs (New Product Introduction), responsible sales readiness (price, stock, aftermarket portal, cross-referencing, etc.)
● Ensure that product master data are up to date internally and externally, make sure that product information is visible for the market
● Responsible for change management (PLM, DCN, ECN, SCN) in respective portfolio
● Coordinates cross referencing against competitors and OE with Product Information Management to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled
● Point of contact for Customer Service Desk to process range, product and commercial related requests from customers
● Customer engagement regarding product portfolio expansion, incl. respective business case preparation and stakeholder alignments
● Others as required
