招募要求：
1.本科含以上，Toeic：500分以上
2.五年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗
3.電子/計算機相關理工專業(yè)
4.Experience with TE management.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6.Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
7.Familiar with SMT processes.
8. Preferred: Experience with testing management.
9.Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
10.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
崗位職責：
1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation for test related issues (capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
2. ICT, BFT fixture development, test script coding and test plan development
3. Set up and optimize the testing station/process for NPI and mass production
4. SOP standard document creation
