Summary概述
In charge of all daily admin management for the whole company. Establish and implement administrative policy, maintains good coordination between admin and all other departments and provides related service to them. Responsible for administrative supplier service implementation and management. Be responsible for the liaison with government office. In charge of the management for admin staff and daily job assignments, ensure proper management.
全面負責公司行政、后勤的日常事務(wù)管理,制定及執(zhí)行各項行政管理制度,做好行政與其他部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作,配合各部門做好各項服務(wù)工作。負責行政后勤供應(yīng)商服務(wù)執(zhí)行及管理,政府事務(wù)的聯(lián)絡(luò)溝通。全面負責行政部人員的日常管理工作,合理分工,做到各盡其職。
Key Duties and Tasks主要職責
1. Implement and execute Health, Safety, Environment and food safety process of Plant. Ensure zero safety incident.
貫徹和執(zhí)行工廠健康、安全、環(huán)境程序和食品安全程序。確保零安全事故。
2. Facility Management, delivering high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services to support the company business needs by manage office facilities including but not limited to the management and maintenance of office/plant infrastructure、fixed assets and equipment.
履行設(shè)備設(shè)施管理責任,提供高質(zhì)量、及時、周到的服務(wù)以符合公司業(yè)務(wù)需求,包括但不限于工廠、辦公室基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和固定資產(chǎn)、設(shè)備的管理和維護。
3. Administration management related work according to company standards to ensure admin service well, including customer visits, travel management, shuttle bus arrangement, dorm management, canteen management, company car management, office stationery and courier, security service and cleaning service and so on.
根據(jù)公司要求管理工廠行政事務(wù),確保各項行政后勤工作。相關(guān)行政事務(wù)包括客戶到訪、差旅安排、通勤班車、宿舍、食堂膳食供應(yīng)、公司車輛管理、辦公用品管理和快遞服務(wù)、保安服務(wù)、清潔等。
4. Playing a leading role to liaise with local government. In change of the keeping, registration, renewal and annual inspection for all company certificates and licenses, handle government issues
