Responsible for the daily management of the crush department. Mainly responsible for the SHE of the crush department and the occupational health of personnel in line with national norms and requirements; Conduct quarterly performance review annually within the department; Arrange the work of subordinates and check the attendance; Make production plan and organize production according to business requirements ;Production equipment maintenance and process improvement plan; Develop department budget and KPI, control production cost; Responsible for skills and safety training of department personnel
Key Duties and Tasks主要職責

Lead the team to implement the crush procedures of SHE and food safety。
- 嚴格控制生產(chǎn)消耗，根據(jù)化驗結果，及時調整生產(chǎn)參數(shù)，保證產(chǎn)品質量100%合格；
Control strictly production consumption and adjust the production parameter according to the lab analysis report to ensure the best quality of product。
- 負責壓榨車間節(jié)能的相關事宜，推進節(jié)能項目的實施；
Be responsible for all issues of crush energy project, Lead project development about factory energy saving program.
- 組織實施壓榨生產(chǎn)活動，完成生產(chǎn)任務，并采取或落實措施保證生產(chǎn)記錄以及各種報表及時、真實、完整。按時完成各階段工業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟活動分析報告。
Co-ordination production manager to enforce production, complete the target. Take measures to ensure the reliability and integrity of the production records. Accomplish the analysis report of every stage’s production on time.
- 完成車間人員績效考核和設定，提升壓榨車間人員績效。
Completed the performance assessment and setting of workshops personnel and improved the performance of crush personnel.
- 制定壓榨車間培訓制度，提高壓榨車間人員操作技能，增加安全知識。
Develop a crash training system to improve the operation skills of press workshop personnel and increase safety knowledge.
- 與其它部門保持良好的協(xié)作關系，協(xié)作其它部門共同完成生產(chǎn)任務。
Keep good collaboration with other departments, work with other departments to complete the production task.
- 組織完成壓榨車間PM，PDM工作，安全完成壓榨車間大修工作; 完成上級安排的其它工作;
Organize and complete PM, PDM work of press workshop, complete overhaul work of press workshop safely. Accomplish other tasks assigned by leaders.
職位要求
Qualifications任職資格
Education教育背景
具有糧油，石化，化工等相關方面專業(yè)，?？埔陨蠈W歷；
Experience工作經(jīng)歷
在食用油脂行業(yè)工作5年以上經(jīng)驗，帶12人以上團隊5年以上經(jīng)驗，
Competency能力
1. 了解糧食倉儲知識，熟悉油料特性和壓榨工藝，熟悉糧油行業(yè)的設備結構及工作原理，
2. 帶12人以上團隊，具有良好的溝通能力和部門協(xié)作
3. 具有一定的項目管理經(jīng)驗；
4. 具有較強的前瞻能力
Languages Skills語言技能
普通話標準，具有一定的英語讀寫能力。
