Senior Engineering Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
●
Make sure the HDS motor stays up-to-date standard of UL, CE, EX and other required regulations; Maintain the QC system documentation for HDS production especially for CCC Ex products
●
Perform the internal and external audit for production line; Investigate the drive compliance for UL, CE etc. to support the drive certification renew and new certification obtaining.
●
CCC Ex required report, meeting organization and drafting
●
Production quality management on behalf of CN MODP; Testing issue handling to ensure production continuously. Daily management such as PPE, access management and etc.

Qualifications for the Role
●
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering
●
5 years of experience in product compliance such as UL, CE and CCC for motor products.
●
Good knowledge of project management, experience in the NPD project for motor.
●
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Target-oriented mindset
●
Independence working, initiative and organizational skills
●
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken for managing International Projects. Willing to learn and to communicate with coss-function team
