Key accountabilities
- Define scope for master data objects in SAP
- Validate master data from legacy systems
- Coordinate with key users to ensure all requirements verified
- Single point of contact for project and the key users
- Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to monitor scoping completion rates to stakeholders
- Determine scope for master data objects within target organizational elements and systems(e.g., Company Code)
- Apply scope of master data in legacy systems to collect relevant field values
- Apply data validation rules to the extracted data

- Report key user in legal entity on data quality status and needed action to improve data quality metrics
- Support key user in the identification of inactive, duplicate, or obsolete records
- Track any source data updates made by key users in legal entity using version control within a project
- Once data is ready, obtain relevant approvals for migration (Pre/Post Migration)
- Regular reporting of scoping status to key stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks impacting data migration readiness
- Collect lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Support project team to resolve defects related to master data in timely manner

Role requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP FI, Master Data Management.
- Strong experience with data visualization in Excel, Power Point or other.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Data analytical skills
