?? 工作職責 / Responsibilities

• 開發(fā)并維護俄羅斯及中亞市場的經銷商與客戶網絡
  
• 制定銷售計劃，完成銷售目標，擴大產品覆蓋率
  
• 對接本地電動車、電池渠道商，挖掘合作機會
  
• 跟蹤行業(yè)動態(tài)，提供市場反饋與競爭分析
  
• 與總部銷售與技術團隊協(xié)作，推動產品落地
  
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local distributors and key clients in Russia and Central Asia
  
• Achieve sales targets and expand product penetration across the region
  
• Build strategic partnerships in the battery and electric mobility sectors
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  
• Work closely with HQ sales and technical teams to ensure localized support
  

? 任職要求 / Requirements

• 至少3年電池、電動車或相關能源產品銷售經驗
  
• 熟悉俄羅斯及中亞本地的電動兩輪/三輪車、電池或儲能市場
  
• 流利的英語溝通能力，能與總部協(xié)作無障礙
  
• 能接受出差，有獨立開拓和項目管理能力
  
• 有當?shù)厍蕾Y源者優(yōu)先考慮
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in battery, e-mobility, or related energy product sales
  
• Deep understanding of Russian's EV, battery, or storage market
  
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
  
• Willing to travel and capable of independent market development
  
• Existing distributor or customer network is a strong advantage
