Responsibilities:
- Translating from English into French
- Technical writing or re-writing content as necessary
- Linguistic testing on terminal products
- Research and update language assets like Style Guide and Terminology
- Cultural adaptation and localization
- Conducting peer comparative analysis on terminal products, extract and share valuable points to help improve on Honor’s products
- Native speakers of the target languages
- Native-level mastery of English, Chinese proficiency preferred
- Intuitive understanding of how information should be presented and structured
- Degree in translation, language studies, computer science or related fields
- Three to five years’ experience in translation using CAT tools, writing, editing, localization
- Experience in ICT products preferred
- Empathetic, able to imagine user perspectives
- Flexible problem solver who approaches issues from many angles
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
