YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales targets through drug store or end-user education.實現(xiàn)銷售指標,通過藥店或終端用戶教育。
Establish a sales plan and schedule activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.建立銷售計劃,并通過各項活動和拜訪來執(zhí)行銷售計劃,確保目標達成。
Monitor and manage pricing among clients.控制客戶之間的價格管理。
Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.在拜訪現(xiàn)有和新客戶時,根據(jù)客戶需求對藥店人員進行產品培訓,并建議適當?shù)漠a品和服務。
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers, building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.識別、研究并聯(lián)系潛在客戶,建立良好的關系,以促進未來銷售和重復業(yè)務。
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.將銷售線索、客戶反饋和競爭對手活動信息及時反饋給公司相關部門,以便調整市場策略。
WHO YOU ARE
Education level: Higher than college degree (大專以上文化程度).
At least 1 year of working experience in the OTC or FMCG sector in a multinational retail environment, preferably managing 100 drugstores至少一年在OTC行業(yè)或跨國零售業(yè)的快消品行業(yè)工作經驗,***有管理100家藥店的經驗。
Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.良好的領導能力,口頭和書面表達能力,溝通能力和解決問題能力。
Integrity and a positive attitude.為人正直,積極向上。
