Job Summary:

61 核對國內增值稅發(fā)票入賬及紙質發(fā)票存檔管理，完成當月發(fā)票認證工作，形成報告交給稅務組。
Domestic VAT invoice reconciliation and paper invoice filling management, monthly verification, prepare the VAT report to tax team on time.
61 完成海關專用繳款書稅額的入賬及清賬。
Duty and VAT posting and clearance.
61 稅務相關科目的跟蹤及清理, 跟蹤開票一年以上未認證發(fā)票。
VAT related GL account tracking and clearance. Tracking the invoice which issue date over 1 year without verification.
61 完成相關報表并確保其準確性,及時性。
Finish the related report in time with high quality.
61 協助AP查詢發(fā)票認證狀態(tài)及其他工作。
Help the posting team to check the status of VAT invoice and other task if needed.
61 協助流程改進及梳理。
VAT team process analysis and improvement.

61 完成部門內部業(yè)務培訓：如新員工入職培訓/常規(guī)培訓，實習生日常工作分配及問題答疑
To do the team operational training. Eg. New joiner training/regular training. Intern's daily work allocation and question answering
61 上級指派的其他任務。
Other task assigned by TL.

Education:
- 本科或以上學歷（財務相關專業(yè)）Bachelor degree.
- 至少1年工作經驗;
- At least 1 year related industry working experience;
- Familiar with Mirco soft skill.(Word/Excle/PPT/Email) 熟練使用辦公軟件技能
- Good communication skills and wearness of team work良好的溝通技能以及團隊合作意識
- Self-motivated and initiative 主動性強
- Structured and has a high attention to quality邏輯思維能力強，關注數據質量
- Work under pressure and meet deadline 抗壓能力強，按時完成工作.
